Miley Cyrus and Taylor Lautner are in talks to star in a movie together? That’s right girls! At least, that is what is going around in the rumor mill. Yes, it is currently a rumor as there is no clue as to what the film would be about.

However, if this turns out to be true, that would be big news for Hollywood. Miley Cyrus is a box-office magnet as she is such a talented actress and singer. Her hit television show, Hannah Montana is coming to a close and she has plenty of projects lining up.

If Miley Cyrus teams up with Taylor Lautner, can you expect the box-office showing? Taylor is hugely popular because of the Twilight saga as he played the character, Jacob Black. With his upcoming Stretch Armstrong film, Taylor is set to be the highest paid teen in Hollywood.

Last night the Academy Awards announced a couple of upcoming bright stars that will be presenting awards and guess who is one of those lucky people? You got it! Miley Cyrus.

Miley walked the carpet in the 2009 awards and she will be doing it once again this year with Zac Efron, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. The Oscars will be premiering on Sunday, March 7 at 8pm EST. So, why is the academy doing this? Because they want to increase viewership amongst younger people.
