As you all know, Mikey Cyrus used to date an underwear model/singer/songwriter named Justin Gaston. After much scandal due to their age difference, Miley did break up with him. Now, it seems that he is still hurt about the idea. In his words:

Miley Cyrus is not engaged but friends close to her say that she is “crazy in love” with him. They also reported that Miley cannot wait until she turns 18-years-old because then she cannot be told what to do.
