The concert was recorded for 17-year-old Bieber’s 3-D biopic, due in theaters next year.

Others who performed at the event included Usher, Ludacris and Boyz II Men.

Witnesses tell E! News that the crowd went ecstatic anytime Justin and Miley made physical contact on stage, even when it was accidental.

Miley, 17, who recently broke up with ‘The Last Song’ co-star Liam Hemsworth looked cheerful when she arrived in New York City earlier in the day for the concert.

Before the concert, Bieber tweeted:

“Its all really coming 2gether. Tonight I perform with my heroes! MSG its almost time!”

So starring in a 3D film was not cutting it for Justin Bieber.  Instead he is interesting in participating in a remake of the famous classic musical romance flick Grease, with none other than Miley Cyrus as his leading lady.

“It’s been talked about a lot over the years but it would be awesome to play Danny,” Biebs told Britain’s The Sun.

With Biebs in the John Travolta role of tough guy/closet romantic Danny Zuko, he’s gunning for Miley as the object of his affection, Sandy Dumbrowski, (played in the film version by Olivia Newton-John.)

“I would go for Miley Cyrus without hesitation,” he said. “She can sing, dance and act.”

While he’s in casting mode, Bieber also suggests vocal powerhouse Susan Boyle step in as a musically-inclined Principal McGee and hints that his crush, Cheryl Cole, “would look great in the Rydell High cheerleading uniform.”

Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, and Taylor Swift videos pulled from MTV.com

If you want to watch the latest music videos from Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, or Taylor Swift, don’t try looking for it on MTV’s website. All three musicians are usually featured on www.MTV.com, but for the time being, none of their videos will be getting any exposure from the world famous website.

According to The New York Times, a disagreement between MTV and Vevo, a company backed by Universal, has resulted in a number of videos being pulled from the network. Universal has reportedly pulled the videos of many of its biggest artists until a resolution can be reached with MTV.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, MTV said that the two sides “were unable to reach a fair and equitable agreement.” Universal, in response, said that MTV was “unwilling to negotiate a fair syndication deal with Vevo to carry our artists’ videos.”

Other artists impacted by this dispute include: Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas and Rihanna.

It should get interesting the next couple of months because without the exposure from MTV that might deter possible sales and promotions for the artist which in return would affect the revenue for Universal.

Come on Vevo!  Stop ruining everyone’s day with selective demands.  Like the saying goes, “You’ll catch more bees with honey than vinegar.” :]  Having your videos on MTV is an excellent source for publicity and exposure.

Hope everything works out well for both the artist and MTV/Vevo/Universal.

Miley Cyrus has a lot to celebrate. Within the past year, she made her first feature film and found her current boyfriend (Liam Hemsworth) while doing it. She has her latest CD, Can’t Be Tamed, coming out in a matter of weeks and to top it all off, People Magazine added her to the 100 Most Beautiful People in the World list for 2010!

What exact number she falls in is a mystery. We do know that the magnificent Julia Roberts holds the #1 spot, making it the 12th time she has graced the magazine’s list.

Other people that are on the list? Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene, Justin Bieber, Zoe Saldana, Kristen Stewart, and Johnny Depp to name a few.

Remember a couple of posts back that there was a rumor that Miley Cyrus would be hosting Canada’s MuchMusic Video Awards? Well, it has been confirmed! The Montreal Gazette confirmed the rumor and attached a statement from the Hannah Montana star.

“I’m so excited to co-host the MuchMusic Video Awards,” Cyrus said in an official release. “I can’t wait to get back to Canada and perform for all of my fans. It’s going to be an awesome night!”

Canada’s MuchMusic Video Awards will be debuting on June 20, 2010 at 9pm and you can watch it on the MuchMusic network! She will be co-hosting the bash/awards ceremony and there are no details on who will be hosting with her. Maybe it will be Canadian native, Justin Bieber?

Last night at The Last Song’s premiere, Miley Cyrus was interviewed about what she thought of the Justin Bieber Fever. You know what she said? She actually admitted to not listening to his music and not being a fan! She tried to redeem herself by saying how much her little sister, Noah Cyrus loves him though. Can you believe it? Instead, she confessed that her dream man is Kurt Cobain. For those of you who do not know who Kurt Cobain is, he was the frontman of the band Nirvana, husband to the train wreck that is Courtney Love, and supposedly killed himself with a shotgun. Sure, Kurt Cobain is considered to be a genius musician. His band pretty much invented the Rock genre we now call “Grunge” but his music is so sad and depressing.

Some of the biggest stars have gathered around to cover the song, We Are The World in light of the one month anniversary of the earthquake in Haiti. Miley Cyrus is among the performers. The song was recorded on February 1st and once it is released for purchase, proceeds will be used to benefit Haiti. The song happens to also be celebrating its 25th anniversary. Along with Miley Cyrus, Carlos Santana, Jamie Foxx, Justin Bieber, and Vince Vaughn performed. Can’t wait to hear it tonight!
