There is a lot of controversy brewing on the internet! Perez Hilton posted a picture “apparently” showing Miley Cyrus not wearing any underwear. However, the photos have come out and she was in fact wearing underwear. What does that mean? It means Perez Hilton photoshopped the picture on purpose to make it look like she was ‘going commando’. That is a serious offense being that Miley Cyrus is still considered a minor and if Perez Hilton gets a day in court, he could go to jail for at least 15 years and be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life. My question is, do you want him to pay for the consequences of doing something like that or do you not care?
