It is so easy to change your identity on the internet. Take, Twitter for example, many celebrities have confirmed that certain accounts are actually pretending to be them. Unfortunately, Miley Cyrus has also fallen into this category. Twitter accounts such as @MILEYCYRUS, @mileycyrus_, @MileyCyrusNet are FAKE. Miley’s rep confirmed to the allegations of fraud. So, beware and stay away from those accounts.

You heard me, Miley Cyrus is taking a huge step in her life buy purchasing her first home. Her new home isn’t too far from her family in Toluca Lake, CA thankfully but what does this mean for the star? She is trying to show that she is much more mature than her Hannah Montana persona.

Her mother, Trish Cyrus, has revealed that Miley is incredibly excited on the prospects of living on her home and since Trish is an interior designer, you can expect the place to very nice. When decorating her home, Miley is thinking of a more “Zen-like” approach with simplicity and relaxation. I can just imagine being as busy as she, she definitely needs a place where she can unwind.

On Jimmy Kimmel Live, Miley joked about the “fist fights” she expects to have with her mother in IKEA. Watch below:

“The Last Song,” the new drama based on a novel by Nicholas Sparks, debuted at the top of the North American box office Wednesday with a decent one-day gross of $5.1 million in ticket sales from 2,673 locations. The Buena Vista/Touchstone release scored an average of $1,917 per theater.

Directed by Julie Anne Robinson, the movie stars Miley Cyrus as a rebellious teenager forced to spend the summer at her dad’s beach home. I know it sounds like a “Life as a House” ripoff, and in my book, the movie is terrible. Still, it looks like it’s going to perform well enough this weekend.

Also doing well Wednesday was DreamWorks’ “How to Train Your Dragon,” which bagged another $4.5 million for a total haul of $57.8 million. Following in third place with $1.9 million was “Alice in Wonderland,” which generated $1.9 million for a domestic total of $299.4 million.

Last night at The Last Song’s premiere, Miley Cyrus was interviewed about what she thought of the Justin Bieber Fever. You know what she said? She actually admitted to not listening to his music and not being a fan! She tried to redeem herself by saying how much her little sister, Noah Cyrus loves him though. Can you believe it? Instead, she confessed that her dream man is Kurt Cobain. For those of you who do not know who Kurt Cobain is, he was the frontman of the band Nirvana, husband to the train wreck that is Courtney Love, and supposedly killed himself with a shotgun. Sure, Kurt Cobain is considered to be a genius musician. His band pretty much invented the Rock genre we now call “Grunge” but his music is so sad and depressing.

Miley Cyrus will be appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight, Thursday, March 25! So, make sure to tune in as it will be interesting to hear what Jay Leno is going to be asking her.

This week’s American Idol was supposed to have the theme of “Teen Idols” where the Top American Idol performers had to perform songs from bands like The Backstreet Boys and N’Sync. However, Fox changed this week’s theme to Billboard #1s but our very own Miley Cyrus will still be performing and mentoring. You can catch her on Tuesday night’s American Idol and I can’t wait to see what kind of advice she gives the singing hopefuls!

Miley opened up about her first impressions of recently confirmed boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. They both attended Elton John’s Oscar bash as a couple. For those of you who may be confused, Miley didn’t take Liam to the Oscars. Instead, she took her mother Trish Cyrus who accompanies her to every red carpet event.

When Ryan Seacrest asked Miley Cyrus last night on the Oscar red carpet if she’s in love with her co-star in new movie The Last Song Liam Hemsworth, she admitted with a smile, “Maybe.”

He didn’t work the red carpet at the Oscars with her, but they were together at Elton John’s Oscar party.

She says in the new Teen Vogue that her first impression of Liam was, “‘He’s really tall.’ I thought, ‘Either I’m going to have to be in heels or standing on something for this entire movie!’”

On her chemistry with Liam, she says, “I think we’re both deeper than normal people—what they think and how they feel. He’s very grateful for what he has, but he doesn’t let it go to his head. I’m like that too.”
