Miley Cyrus is set to perform her latest single, Can’t Be Tamed on national television. She is getting a little controversy because some feel like her music video is a little too sexy. However, I am sure for national television, she will tone things down and keep it professional. Where and when will you be able to catch her performance? Miley Cyrus will be performing on Good Morning America and on Live with Regis and Kelly on Friday, June 18, 2010.

Miley Cyrus is growing up (and maybe a little too quickly). In a recent interview, Miley admitted that she has been considering doing nude scenes in a film. With her latest single, Can’t Be Tamed, you can tell just by the few clips released of the music video that she is looking to get away from the cookie-cutter Disney image. Being naked in a movie will definitely get her away from that but does that make it right?

For the right role Miley said, “It depends what the film is. If it’s something that’s classy – it just depends on the circumstances.”

Miley Cyrus is constantly supporting charities and she even started one of her own (Get Your Good On).

April 28 is also known as World Wish Day and to celebrate, Miley Cyrus performed at The Grove in Hollywood, CA for the Make-a-Wish Foundation and granted 30 wishes! What song did she sing? Miley Cyrus has a lot to celebrate. Within the past year, she made her first feature film and found her current boyfriend (Liam Hemsworth) while doing it. She has her latest CD, Can’t Be Tamed, coming out in a matter of weeks and to top it all off, People Magazine added her to the 100 Most Beautiful People in the World list for 2010!

What exact number she falls in is a mystery. We do know that the magnificent Julia Roberts holds the #1 spot, making it the 12th time she has graced the magazine’s list.

Other people that are on the list? Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene, Justin Bieber, Zoe Saldana, Kristen Stewart, and Johnny Depp to name a few.

Miley Cyrus reflected on the past 4 years in her latest blog post on MileyCyrus.com. She revealed that yesterday, Tuesday April 28, she was busy filming the third to last episode of the Hannah Montana series. As you know, the fourth season will be her last season as she aspired to become a serious-working actress. She even detailed her onset antics!

At the HM set! This morning was our 3rd to last episode! So crazy! Time flies!

This afternoon Emily and I laid out @ lunch time and fell asleep in the sun! After 5 years of working together I think its pretty cool we still WANT to hang out with each other on our free time!

In this scene Ems is supposed to be on her lap top so we were sitting on photo booth taking pics for her twitter! After a while the director realized I was there and was like “uhh Miley you’re not even in this scene!” Classic!

Anyway thank you guys for making the show what it is! We have a wonderful time working on it! Its so weird its coming to an end!

Now, that may seem like that is a long time from now. It is. However, we can get a sneak preview this Friday! You heard me! This Friday, April 30, Miley’s single “Can’t Be Tamed” will be premiering on Myspace Music at 12pm EST/9am PST. So, make sure that you tune in on Friday. But, because you can hear Miley’s new single Can’t Be Tamed by this Friday, it does not mean you can actually buy it. The single will be released on iTunes on May 18 or you can wait for the CD. The single will also hit the radio next week, on May 3.

You have all heard about the drama of Iceland’s volcano that is spewing ash into the atmosphere causing massive delays in airports all around the world. Well, Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth, and Julie Anne Robinson are stuck because of it. The Last Song was set to premiere in London tonight (April 20, 2010) but it will be missing the biggest stars of the movie. Naturally, people are upset.

Due to the current flight restrictions over the UK we would like to inform you that Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and Julie Anne Robinson will no longer be attending the European Charity Premiere of The Last Song in support of Great Ormond Street Children’s’ Hospital on Tuesday 20th April, 2010. This screening will still go ahead for ticket holders.

The problem is, volcanic ash can be considerably dangerous to airplanes. Volcanic ash is composed of tiny particles of rock and silica (glass) and if the ash gets into an airplane’s engine, it will destroy it within a matter of minutes. So, Miley being grounded in the States is for her own safety.

Remember a couple of posts back that there was a rumor that Miley Cyrus would be hosting Canada’s MuchMusic Video Awards? Well, it has been confirmed! The Montreal Gazette confirmed the rumor and attached a statement from the Hannah Montana star.

“I’m so excited to co-host the MuchMusic Video Awards,” Cyrus said in an official release. “I can’t wait to get back to Canada and perform for all of my fans. It’s going to be an awesome night!”

Canada’s MuchMusic Video Awards will be debuting on June 20, 2010 at 9pm and you can watch it on the MuchMusic network! She will be co-hosting the bash/awards ceremony and there are no details on who will be hosting with her. Maybe it will be Canadian native, Justin Bieber?
